French Presidency of the EU 2022

INCERT’s Novento has been chosen as the accreditation and organization solution of high-level international meetings throughout the duration of the French Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2022.

On the 30th of June 2022 the French Presidency of the Council of the EU (hereafter: the French Presidency) successfully closed its doors. Novento satisfactorily assisted event organizers in their day-to-day activities, such as in the registration and approbation of delegations, suppliers, and media, as well as for the logistic aspects to the meetings, namely for the organization of transportation and accommodation of the participants throughout the whole six months. Solution supported organizers with the calculation of the estimated C02 emission levels emitted for the transportation traits of the French Presidency with daily automatic reports. INCERT’s solution iDentials was used in addition to Novento for the organization of some informal meetings during this Presidency. Finally, INCERT’s staff participated to bigger summits to provide onsite technical assistance to organizers in case of need.

Novento’s biggest highlights during the 2022 French Presidency in figures were:

• 216 organized events including 21 Informal Ministerial Meetings and 3 Summits.

• 30564 registered delegates.

• 1994 registered journalists.

• 10511 registered suppliers.

• 25178 badges have been printed and 3787 participants (mostly due to pandemic situation) have been checked on site.

The biggest events were organized between February and mid-March.
