ICAO Health Master List

During the COVID-19 pandemic, travelers crossing the borders were required to present their health certificates, such as vaccination and test result ones. ICAO’s Health Master List was established to improve health documentation processing for authorities, using INCERT’s innovative PKI technology.

ln January 2022 INCERT signed a Health Master List agreement with ICAO. The list is facilitating authentication of traveler's health certificate for States and actors from aviation more efficiently, and improving collaboration between state borders, as it adjusts different local and global formats of such certificates. ln particular, ICAO has chosen INCERT's unique PKI technology for verification of the COVID-19 certificates. Yet another successful collaboration between ICAO and Luxembourg on the digitalization of traveling documents.
